The City of Portland Landscape Services Program is one part of the Eco-Logical Business Program. It recognizes landscape design, installation and maintenance service contractors that reach the highest standards in minimizing their environmental impact. The goal of the program is to prevent and minimize pollution generated by small businesses in the Tri-County area. This is the first multi-media (air, water, solid waste) landscaping services certification program in the nation.
