_Design Options

A personal, on-site meeting for up to 2 hours to explore your existing landscape. At the end of our visit, you will receive:

1. Written & verbal suggestions of landscape design recommendations and solutions.

2. BONUS! Should you decide to have me develop a full landscape plan for you I will credit you a portion of your Walk & Talk fee towards your landscape plan fee.

I personally meet you on site for up to 4 hours to explore your existing landscape and develop a quick landscape plan for you the same day. At the end of my visit, you will receive:

1. One 11 x 17 inch, computer-generated landscape concept plan that indicates our suggestions of design recommendations and solutions to landscape problems.

2. A list with proposed #s & sizes of recommended plants for your new landscape.

3. A copy of the photos taken of your landscape.

A personal, on-site meeting to explore, analyze, photograph & measure your existing landscape. I then take the information i have gathered from the site and our discussion and provide the following on a subsequent visit:

1. One 11x17 inch, moderately detailed landscape plan that indicates my suggestions of design recommendations and solutions to landscape problems.

2. A list and proposed #s of recommended plants for your new landscape along with a photo album of plant suggestions for you to choose from.

3. A list of proposed non-plant material suggestions complete with resource locations & contact information.

4. Up to 4, 8x11 in perspective images of your new landscape.

5. A copy of the photos taken of your landscape.

A personal, on-site meeting to explore, analyze, photograph & measure your existing landscape. I then take the information I have gathered from your site and our discussion and provide the following on a subsequent visit:

1. One 24x36 in, detailed, CAD-generated, draft landscape plan that indicates my suggestions of landscape design recommendations and solutions.

2. A list and proposed #s of recommended plants for your new landscape along with a photo album of plant suggestions for you to choose from.

3. Up to 8 perspective images of your new landscape.

4. A copy of the photos taken of your landscape.

5. A personal presentation of a final, 24x36 in, landscape design plan based on any changes noted during the draft presentation.

6. A presentation of actual samples and/or photo samples of suggested non-plant materials.
